Product Warranty

Every ChiaoGoo product purchased through an authorised ChiaoGoo dealer carries a product lifetime guarantee from manufacturing defect.  Our guarantee does NOT cover normal “wear and tear”, misuse or abuse.

The following products do NOT qualify for replacement:

• Donated items
• Show or sale samples
• Discontinued items
• Items not purchased through an authorised independent retailer

If you are living in New Zealand or Australia and have purchased a ChiaoGoo product from an authorised retailer that deems replacement (per above), you have two options:

1. Contact the retailer from whom you purchased the defective product and see if they are able to replace it for you;
2. Email sales@knitknacks.co.nz and send the faulty ChiaoGoo product with a return address to the following address: Knit Knacks Ltd, 21 Arran Drive, RD2, Aongatete 3178, New Zealand

Upon receiving the returned defective item and it being authorised for replacement, we will do our best to get that replacement out to you as soon as possible.
