This Terms and Conditions document (together with the Delivery Options and 14 Day Return Policy pages on this site) governs the use of Knit Knicks Online Service (the Service) including shopping and participation in promotions run by Knit Knicks. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this document (and those pages). You can access this document at any time from the bottom of any page of the site.

Shopping Terms & Conditions

Purchasing from knitknacks.co.nz

Payments will be via Internet banking or Credit Card. Please note all Credit Card transactions will have a sur-charged added to them by the card company.

Products will be supplied by Knit Knicks. After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to the supplier to buy the product. All orders are subject to acceptance by the supplier, and the supplier will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched. The contract between the supplier and you will only be formed at that time.

The contract relates to those products whose dispatch has been confirmed by the supplier. The supplier will not be obliged to supply any other product which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of those products has been confirmed.

The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when the supplier receives full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.

Pricing

All prices and delivery charges are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include New Zealand GST (if any). We reserve the right to alter prices and delivery charges for any reason at any time. If this should happen after you have placed an order, we will contact you prior to processing it.

If you order products for delivery outside New Zealand, the products may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of these duties and taxes.

The supplier will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations under its contract with you that is caused by an event outside its reasonable control.

Contracts for the purchase of products using the Service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formulation, will be governed by New Zealand law. Any such dispute or claim shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Use of the Service by You

Your right to use the Service is personal to you. You may not authorise others to use the Service, and you are responsible for all of your own use of the Service.

You further agree not to alter or tamper with any information or materials on, or associated with, Knit Knicks and/or the Service.

No permission is given in respect of the use of such mark or rights, and such use may constitute an infringement of the owner’s rights.

The information contained in the Service has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about Knit Knicks and the services and products we offer. Knit Knicks reserves the right to change, delete or move any of the material on the Service at any time without notice.
